Meet Summer Jackson
After more than 26 years in aging services, financial planning, senior living, real estate, and estate planning, I serve as the bridge that connects families to the right professionals — before they know exactly where to turn and long after key decisions are made.
I help people step back and see aging from a bird’s-eye view through my 12- pillar framework, guiding them with clarity, confidence, and steady action every step of the way.
That's why I created Vibrant Aging Soluctions and Thrive Together. I hold a Bachelor's in Gerentology and a Master's in Magagement. I'm a Certified Senior Advisor(CSA®) and a licensed insurance professional specializing in long-term care planning.
What drives me most is personal. I’ve sat with families during some of their hardest moments, and I know how isolating the journey can feel.
My goal is simple: to help you understand your options, connect with the right support, and move forward with clarity and confidence — so you can age and care for your loved ones well, together.
