Meet Summer Jackson
After more than 26 years in aging services, financial planning, senior living, real estate, and estate planning, I kept seeing the same pattern: good families working hard to do the right thing, yet often feeling overwhelmed and alone because there was so little support before or between the big decisions.
That’s why I created Vibrant Aging Solutions and Thrive Together.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Gerontology and a Master’s in Management. I’m a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) and a licensed insurance professional specializing in long-term care planning.
What drives me most is personal. I’ve sat with families during some of their hardest moments, and I know how isolating the journey can feel.
My goal is simple: to help you understand your options, connect with the right support, and move forward with clarity and confidence — so you can age and care for your loved ones well, together.
