Our Lifestyle Solutions Coach is available to meet with you and your family to establish an ongoing relationship and to explore the best resources and services to meet your needs. Be proactive and contact the Lifestyle Solutions Coach early, when you have family members in their 40’s, 50’s and early 60’s. You and your loved ones will benefit from having a “trusted partner” who knows you well when having to make important decisions. In your first meeting, the Vibrant Aging Solutions Lifestyle Solutions Coach meets personally with you to accomplish three things:
- to determine what your exact needs are when it comes to your home, health, wellness, medical, insurance, finances, transportation, legal & social,
- to make recommendations to the resources, services, products and support that can assist you with maintaining your safety, independence and health,
- to collaborate with you to make the best choices and to design a plan that will assist you in living the best quality of life possible as you age.
The Lifestyle Solutions Coach is a neutral third party whose goal is to guide you and your loved ones through the transitions of aging so that you will be able to age well in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, and when needed, to assist you with living the best quality of life in a retirement community or in alternative accommodations, such as assisted living or a nursing home.
A Team of Professionals
Vibrant Aging Solutions has hand-picked a core group of Preferred Providers who are available to participate in collaboration with you and your family. They are noted for their skill and expertise in their fields and their years of experience in solving problems and meeting the needs of older adults. You may draw on their experience at any time during the collaboration process which in most cases will be continuing forward as you age.
An extension of the Lifestyle Solutions Coach, our Preferred Providers are a team of professionals in the financial, real estate, construction, legal, in-home care, mobility, transportation, errand running & concierge, technical, insurance and the health professions. Upon your request, the Lifestyle Solutions Coach will schedule an appointment for you to meet with one or more of the professionals on your team to get more information about a resource, service and/or product. The Team goal is to assist you in living the best quality of life while you age in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, and to assist you with more difficult decisions and transitioning smoothly should you need to move into independent living, assisted living, or a nursing home for more care.
